Galluo Poll Shows Quick Fixes For Bad Diets
A new Gallup Poll shows that people want quick fixes for bad diets, but they’d rather pop vitamins than eat fruits and vegetables. The diet survey found that:
- 48% are taking more vitamins.
- 52% are eating more oat bran.
- 24% use more olive oil.
- But just 8% are eating more vegetables.
- And only 6% are consuming more fruits and juices.
In the survey, 44% of women and 28% of men say they feel guilty eating food they like. And 45% admitted that food they like aren’t healthy for them. (USA Today).
