Gallup Poll - Quick Fixes For Bad Diets

A Gallup Poll shows that people want quick fixes for bad diets, but they’d rather pop vitamins than eat fruits and vegetables. The diet survey found that: 48% are taking more vitamins, 52% are eating more oat bran, and 24% use more olive oil. But just 8% are eating more vegetables and only 6% are consuming more fruits and juices. In the survey, 44% of women and 28% of men say they feel guilty eating food they like and 45% admitted that foods they like aren’t healthy for them. Generally, people are not very patient when they want results. (USA Today).
