Galluo Poll Shows Quick Fixes For Bad Diets | Diet


A new Gallup Poll shows that people want quick fixes for bad diets, but they’d rather pop vitamins than eat fruits and vegetables. The diet survey found that:
48% are taking more vitamins.52% are eating more oat bran.24% use more olive oil.But just 8% are eating more vegetables.And only 6% are consuming more fruits and juices.In the survey, 44% of women and 28% of men say they feel guilty eating food they like. And 45% admitted that food they like aren’t healthy for them. (USA Today).
