Access to the King through his Son

There is a story told of a little boy in London who wanted to visit the King. However, the gates were closed and he could not get into the palace. The guard told him he could not come in. Suddenly a well dressed man came along and asked the boy what his problem was. The boy said, “I want to see the king.” The gentleman said, “Well, you just come with me,” and he took the boys hand and led him to the King. The guard even sprang to attention and presented arms as they passed by. The little boy had taken hold of the hand of the Prince of Wales, the king’s own son, and this gave him access.
