Praise is a Greater Motivator Than Punishment

BF Skinner, world famous psychologist, proved through experiments that an animal rewarded for good behavior will learn much more rapidly and retain what it learns longer than an animal punished for bad behavior. He later discovered it also worked with humans. The scriptures show children must be punished for wrong to shape their character, but as adults praise is a greater motivator than punishment.
