The Welsh Revival Spread Across Great Britian in 1904
In Whales in 1904, 27 year old Evan Roberts was burdened to pray fervently for 100,000 souls to come to Christ. Soon the flame of revival burned into the hearts of hundreds of tough minded coal miners. They threw down their picks and soon revival spread across Great Britain. The sovereign move of God became known as the Welsh Revival where it is calculated that over 100,000 professions of Faith in Christ were made. A news reporter interviewed a policeman in London as to where the Welsh revival could be found. The policeman placed his hand over his heart and replied; “the Welsh Revival is inside this uniform.
