My Mother Who Prayed For Me

I cannot tell you how much I owe to the prayers of my godly mother. I believe that it was in answer to her prayers that I came to know Christ as my personal Lord and Savior while on a troop ship in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, serving in the United States army. She knew that I was headed to the other side of the world and didn’t have a personal relationship with Christ, and she was praying for me to be saved. After she died, I was looking through her prayer journal and saw the names of hundreds of people she had been praying for to be saved.
