Resolving a Conflict After 30 Years

An elderly man comes to a pastor one day and asks if the pastor would perform a wedding for him. The pastor asks who he is going to marry. The man then tells how he and his wife to be have been married before. They had been married to each other. Then he tells how over thirty years ago they got into a heated argument and separated. Then they got a divorce. It took them thirty years of living alone to see how foolish they had been. Now they wanted to remarry and see if the Lord would give them a few years of happiness together before they die. We can see situations like this all around us that tear homes apart.
