Nicholes - Revival in Hungary

One evening several years ago, while on a missions trip, to Hungary, with over 60 teenagers we came back to the Word of Life Castle. We had just experienced a great evangelistic rally at a large hall in that town where the mayor’s wife and several town officials had trusted Christ as saviour. We decided to have a brief sharing time before going to bed and one of the teens said, “Oh, wasn’t it wonderful what happened tonight. I think the Lord was really pleased.” Another teen began to weep and said, “yes, it was wonderful but I don’t think the Lord is pleased with me. I’m here in another country boldly witnessing for the Lord, but I have never once shared the gospel with my family and friends back home. I’m pretending to be something I’m not.” For the next two hours teen after teen got up confessing sin in their lives, and weeping as they prayed asking God for forgiveness. It is the nearest thing to revival I have ever experienced. With this I’m sure the Lord was pleased because He was at work. (Lou Nicholes-Missionary/Author).
