Robert Ketchem on God’s Writing Paper

Several years ago I attended a pastor’s and Christian worker’s Conference on Kelly Island, a few miles north of Sandusky, Ohio. There were several great speakers at that conference but the one I remember most was the late Dr. Robert Ketchem, one of the founding fathers of the General Association of Regular Baptist. At that time he was in his eighties and had to hold his Bible close to his face, in order to read it, because he was almost blind. He brought a message from II Corinthians chapter two, where it says “You are our letter, written in the hearts, known and read by all men “ (NASB). Dr. Ketchem said, “Remember, you may be the only Bible that some people ever read.” (Lou Nicholes, Word of Life Fellowship, Schroon Lake, NY).
